I know, ConnectWise already has an active directory plugin available! Does yours look like ours?
Not very intuitive is it?
Here is ours, Just where you would expect to manage each client, the Client Console. Add New Users, Edit users, delete users, disable and enable users, unlock users, add users to groups and that's just the Users Tab, The Group Tab does all the same things but with groups. No permissions to configure, no syncing to setup or filters to manage. Just click the set on the client the first time around to activate that client and away you go.
