In most scenarios, when our AcceloSync plugin syncs a ticket from CWA to Accelo 2 tickets are created. It appears to be when the ticket in CWA has an owner on it.
Ticket 1 in Accelo shows an owner.
Ticket 2 in Accelo shows unassigned.
If we create a ticket in Labtech and leave it unassigned (no owner) we get one ticket in Accelo.
Is someone able to help me with this?
Duplicate tickets upon sync from CWA
The AcceloSync plugin for LabTech allows the synchronisation of LabTech tickets with the Accelo CRM platform, mapping users and clients in LabTech to staff and customers in Accelo.
