The AcceloSync plugin for LabTech allows the synchronisation of LabTech tickets with the Accelo CRM platform, mapping users and clients in LabTech to staff and customers in Accelo.

Hi There,

Having a little issue with ticket closures from accelo not being refelected in labtech?

Hi grapefruit, can I confirm that you configured WebHooks in your Accelo Progressions?

This should match the Callback URL listed in the AcceloSync API Configuration Tab (below).

And that you have also synchronised the Statuses with Accelo and Labtech?

Thanks for the response, yes status and webhooks are in place.

Is the post detailing the existing instructions the extent of the support?

Are there logs we can examine ourselves to see where the issue lies?

Hi @grapefruit,

Apologies - I've been off sick over the weekend so haven't had a chance to respond.

I was going to suggest that there are some log files you can send us to help us ascertain why your Automate and Accelo systems aren't talking properly, but reading through the other thread it seems you've decided not to proceed?
