Installing the ScreenConnect Plugin into Labtech

Post by Cubert » Fri Dec 02, 2016 6:25 pm

For you to use the new features in the Stalled Agents plugin that connect to ScreenConnect to manage agent issues you will need the RMM+ plugin installed on the Screenconnect server.

Here is how to do this.

Open up the ScreenConnect admin console that manages SC for your Labtech instance. (Typically your LT server)

Should get a window like this, select the login and login as the admin of the services.
